What’s included
The rate includes the following*:
- 6 peaceful nights in our beautiful Maltese style villa. All bedrooms have ensuite
- All meals are included and prepared by private chefs comprising a selection of nutritious vegetarian and vegan dishes, children’s meal prepared separately to include weaning foods
- Unlimited healthy snacks, fresh fruit and drinks such as water, coffee, tea and wine
- Freshly made smoothies with superfoods or juice
- Babysitting every morning for 4 hours by qualified professionals
- Daily yoga sessions and 3 evening meditation for mums
- Two children’s yoga classes per week (depends on age of children in the week).

- Opening welcome circle for mums and children, closing circle for mums
- Cooking class
- A back massage or facial on-site

- Return transfer from Malta to Gozo
- Yoga mats, linens, towels, hairdryers, etc

*. The price covers a mother with one child. Additional children are welcome at a fee of 250 euro per child. You may share a room with a friend, mother or sister, for an additional cost of 750 euros. Extra childcare, guided excursions, and workshop sessions can be arranged if requested ahead of time for additional fees.
I had the most incredible week on the Sun Kissed Mama retreat. I came away feeling stronger but relaxed. My daughter Georgia loved the childcare. The yoga teacher was one of the best I’ve ever met. I left Malta with lots of new friends and wonderful memories.
I totally loved my week in Malta on the retreat and would recommend it to any mums needing a bit of rest and rejuvenation. Ieva was the perfect host and a lovely person. We would definitely go again.
